Camp Quest Inc. provides our Intranet as an Interactive Service through our website, The Intranet is a central information hub and learning tool designed to connect our community members and to foster collaboration and innovation for our programs. By using the Intranet and by submitting an account request, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms, our Intranet Community Standards, below, as well as the Camp Quest, Inc. Terms of Use found at and our Privacy Policy, found at, incorporated herein by reference.

Intranet Community Standards

These Community Standards outline information specific to the Camp Quest Intranet and the use of the Intranet by all users, whether registered users or guests. We may modify or update these standards from time to time. We will notify all registered users of the Intranet if these standards are modified.

Registration Information

The personal information you provide to Camp Quest Inc. as part of this registration process will be used to create a personal user account on the Intranet, operated through our business partner and service provider Claromentis LTD, Suites 1 & 2, 6th Floor, Vantage Point, New England Road, Brighton, BN1 4GW, United Kingdom. Camp Quest is the owner of all information provided and stored through the Intranet.

Personal Information

The personal information that we collect in order to create your account must include your first and last name, your email address, and the primary Camp Quest affiliate of which you are an active volunteer, member, or staff person. This information will be made available for view by all other registered users of the Intranet. All other profile information made available on your user account is optional. You may edit your personal profile information at any time. You may also request for your user account to be terminated and for your personal profile information to be deleted from the system. Camp Quest Inc. reserves the right to, at any time, modify or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, all or any portion of our Intranet and any user account with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the Intranet or of any individual account.

User Contributions, Content, and Messages

Camp Quest, Inc. expects all user activity within the Intranet to be conducted according to our company policies, including conduct policies, and in such a way that upholds our company values. Camp Quest, Inc. does not regularly monitor, censor, or edit the content of user contributions, messages and attachments posted to or sent via the Intranet, though we may monitor, censor, or edit any content at any time without notice in our discretion. All account holders are personally responsible for the content they post and send, including messages and attachments, and the consequences of any such posted content, messages, and attachments. 

Camp Quest Inc. reserves the right to terminate any individual’s account if it become aware and determines, in our sole discretion, that they have violated any of our standards, policies, or terms of use.

Username and Password

The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. You as the account holder shall be responsible for all uses of your username, whether or not authorized by you personally. You agree to immediately notify Camp Quest, Inc. of any unauthorized use of your username or any other account information. You must contact Camp Quest, Inc. for issues in resolving account information or password retrieval.

Technical Assistance

We rely on our service provider, Claromentis, for technical and server assistance. If you experience any technical issue with the Intranet as part of your user experience, please contact us directly and we will submit a support ticket to Claromentis in order to resolve the issue.
